Z.F. Development & Construction was founded in 1992 by Zvi Fox, a structural engineer and second-generation building contractor. The company's CEO and co-owner, Ran Yanai, has been an important member of the company’s team for over 20 years. Classified as unlimited C-5 in the Contractor Registrar (the highest classification), the company has wide-ranging projects from Kfar Vradim in the north to Yeruham in the south.
